Reverse solicitation

This policy sets out the basis on which Novus Capital provides its services to investors who approach the platform on their own initiative, rather than as a result of any solicitation by Novus Capital.
Own-initiative engagement
By registering on the Novus Capital platform, the investor confirms that they have taken the initiative to register and that all actions and activities connected with registering on the platform were carried out on the investor's own exclusive initiative.
An investor resident outside the European Economic Area expressly confirms that they found the Novus Capital website and the services offered by Novus Capital independently, and that their attention to those services was not obtained through the use of active marketing channels or solicitation directed at their country of residence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The investor expressly agrees that all legal relations between the investor and Novus Capital are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any proceedings is the competent court determined in the agreements governing the use of the platform.
